Hello beautiful beings,
I hope you’ve been basking in the sunshine and enjoying the shift into summer.
It’s been a powerful few weeks of work for me, holding five retreats in the Netherlands and our gorgeous Reconnect Retreat in Sligo.
I feel deeply grateful to be immersed in the world of healing and to witness the profound transformations unfolding in these spaces.
I also had the chance to attend Breaking Convention in Exeter, where I soaked up inspiring insights on the evolving psychedelic landscape. The talks were rich, and I’m excited to weave what I’ve learned into my offerings moving forward.
✨ My next event is coming up on May 9th in Dublin.
We’ll gather outdoors to welcome the start of Summer with a ceremonial fire, a drum journey, and ecstatic dance under the open sky. Come move, connect, and celebrate life with us.

I'm delighted to be hosting this retreat again after such a wonderful and special time. The Reconnect Retreat is a 2-night gathering in nature for deep connection to self and others.
On this retreat we will partake in some of the practices I know and love such as; AcroYoga, Shamanic drum journey, Breathwork, cacao ceremony, movement, a sacred sites hike, live music, and a whole lot of heart.
Early birds are now available until the end of the month.

🎙️ New Podcast Episode – Breathwork Out Now!
This week’s Inner Insights podcast is a powerful one.
I had the pleasure of diving deep into the world of breathwork with the brilliant Jamie Clements.
We explore a wide range of topics, from altered states of consciousness and philosophy, to self-optimisation, sovereignty, and the art of simply being.
This conversation was rich, expansive, and full of insights.
I really loved this one and I think you will too.

Enjoy the sunshine and the weekend and I hope to see you soon.
With heartfelt thanks,
