Hello everyone,
The Wheel is turning as we move through the Autumn Equinox and deeper into the season. The last of the apples cling to the trees in my front garden, nearly ready to let go. The leaves are changing colour, slowly making their way to the ground to become nourishment for the next cycle. Tiny mushrooms are waiting for the perfect moment to emerge, sending their spores far and wide to continue their life cycle.
I love this time of year! It’s the perfect opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and take stock of the summer. What are you still holding onto that no longer serves you? What is ready to shift and transform? Where do you want to spend your time this autumn to refill your cup before winter arrives?
Our Reconnect Retreat was a huge success. We had a wonderful and diverse group of people come together to reconnect with what truly matters. What I love most about these gatherings is how people often arrive as strangers and leave as deep friends part of a community of like-minded, soul-centred individuals.
I’ll be hosting the next retreat in spring, so keep an eye out for early bird tickets!
