Hello everyone,

Im really excited to be holding this couse live for the 3rd time!

Often, parts of ourselves get lost in the shadows, hidden by feelings of shame or guilt, seeming too unlovable or daunting to acknowledge. Through shadow work, we can reclaim these parts and make the unconscious conscious. As Jung said, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate.” This profound work can truly transform your life, bringing clarity, self-understanding, and a path toward a more authentic existence.
