Spring haas sprung! I'm here in Thailand right now doing my first 200 hour Yoga teacher training. It's tough but very rewarding.
I cant believe my Yoga journey started over ten years ago when I was really suffering after a relationship heart break and a death in the family. It brought me great relief all those years ago. Not only the pshyical body based movements the Asanas but also the approach to lie with its philosophy and values. I look forward to sharing more on this in the coming weeks.

It was a great honour to have Dr. Brian Pennie in the studio for a fantastic episode. Brian was a 15 year heroin addict who got sober studied to become a neuroscientist and do a Phd. His story is inspirational. We talk a lot about the mind and Brian offers a lot of value. Please give it a like and share if you enjoyed it.

I love this time of year. Transitions offer a space for growth and understanding of oneself. It can be a very potent time to reflect on the winter and start to unravel out of hibernation and being inward. The spring offers a time of renewal, energy and clearing.
It can be a great time to set the intentions for the spring going into the summer and let go of things you are attached to. Refresh your house, clear and cleanse your spaces and reset your alter if you have one.
