As the year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to you. This year has been nothing short of extraordinary! I had the privilege of hosting 9 workshops, delivering 4 public talks, and leading 12 transformative retreats. Along the way, I’ve had the immense joy of connecting with so many of you sharing some beautiufl moments, laughs, and deep and inspiring chats.
Whether you tuned in to the latest podcast episodes, joined me on a retreat, participated in a workshop, or simply engaged with my work from afar, your support has been truly invaluable. You’ve made this journey deeply meaningful, and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Reflecting on the Podcasts
Launching Inner Insights brought me so much joy. Diving into topics that touch on self-awareness, healing, and growth is always a vulnerable yet rewarding process. Seeing your comments, hearing your feedback, and knowing that these conversations resonated with you has been incredibly meaningful. You remind me why I started this project in the first place to spark conversations that help us connect more deeply with ourselves and the world around us. I've a bunch more recorded with International guests and I cant wait to get them out there!
Workshops and Retreats: A Year of Connection
For those of you who joined me in retreats or workshops this year, thank you for showing up with openness and courage. It was amazing to host these with people flying in from all over the world to Ireland and the Netherlands. I also co-hosted my first Ketamine-assisted psychedelic therapy retreat in the USA in Portland which was a blast.
Witnessing your breakthroughs, your moments of clarity, and the community we’ve built together has been awe inspiring. These spaces are sacred to me, and it’s because of participants like you that they come alive with such energy, insight, and transformation.
Your courage to embrace vulnerability, explore the unknown, and take steps toward your own growth is a testament to your strength. Whether we gathered under the stars, around a fire, in ceremony or in deep discussion, these shared moments are the heartbeat of my work.
