Samhain blessings
Samhain, the ancient Celtic festival marking the end of the harvest and the beginning of the dark half of the year, is a time when the veil between worlds is said to be thinnest. It invites reflection, ancestral honouring, and deep inner stillness as nature descends into rest. Traditionally, it was seen as the Celtic New Year, a moment to release the old and welcome new beginnings.
A ritual I like to create at this time of year is an ancestor altar with photos, candles, and offerings of food or drink. Then spend time in quiet gratitude, speaking the names of those who came before you and asking for their guidance. Another is to write down what you wish to release from the past year on small pieces of paper, then burn them in a fire or candle flame, symbolically clearing space for renewal and the seeds of new intentions to grow in the dark months ahead.
Remember everything starts in the Darkness!

I'm delighted to be hosting my Mushroom Master class this Friday.

I cover preparation, integration, the myth, the science and so much more. I've given this workshop to over a thousand people and improve it every time, it's something not to missed live and there will be lots of time for Q and A at the end. P.S.
